1. Booking and Payment

​

1.1. A 50% deposit is required to secure the date of your event. This deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 1 month of the event date.

 

1.2. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 1 month before the event. Failure to make the final payment by this time may result in the cancellation of the booking, with the deposit forfeited.

2. Wedding Packages

 

2.1. For wedding packages, I will remain at the event for the entire agreed period, even if the schedule runs late, at no additional cost.

3. Other Events (Hourly Rate)

 

3.1. For events charged on an hourly basis, performance times will adhere to the start and finish times agreed upon during booking. Extensions beyond the agreed finish time may not be possible and, if allowed, may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations

 

4.1. If the booking is cancelled by the booker within 1 month of the event date, the deposit will be non-refundable.

 

4.2. In the rare event that I am unable to attend the booking, the booker will be given the option of a full refund or the arrangement of an alternative magician of comparable quality and experience.

5. Stage Shows

 

5.1. For stage shows, a list of equipment to be provided by the booker will be agreed upon in advance. If the agreed equipment is not provided or is unsuitable, I reserve the right to cancel or amend the performance without liability.

 

5.2. No audience members are permitted backstage before the performance. After the show, I will be happy to meet the audience at a designated time and location.

6. General Provisions

 

6.1. All bookings are subject to these terms and conditions, which will be deemed accepted upon payment of the deposit.

 

6.2. It is the responsibility of the booker to ensure the venue is suitable for the performance, including safe and appropriate spaces for setup and performance.

 

6.3. Any special requests or changes to the agreed terms must be discussed and confirmed in writing prior to the event.
